I keep abreast of trends in exercise, nutrition, and supplements to offer the most appropriate and effective methods to each client, while focusing on body mechanics and strength symmetry to prevent future injury. I get results from a positive, pro-active approach that considers each client's exercise and nutrition history, stress level, sleep patterns, schedule, and goals. I also recognize that achieving success doesn’t have to be complicated. My job is to help my clients reach their goals and give them the tools to maintain and achieve on their own!

FUNCTIONAL: workouts stressing proper alignment, balance, use of core strength, and body’s own weight to increase fitness and performance
