I keep abreast of trends in exercise, nutrition, and supplements to offer the most appropriate and effective methods to each client, while focusing on body mechanics and strength symmetry to prevent future injury. I get results from a positive, pro-active approach that considers each client's exercise and nutrition history, stress level, sleep patterns, schedule, and goals.
