I believe in massage as a part of a fitness lifestyle because of its undeniable benefits including stress relief, unconscious muscle tonicity release, toxin elimination, and circulation. Massage can also be used to address functional imbalance through bringing release and relaxation to areas of chronic use that affect the rest of the body.

I completed my certification at the Just For Your Health College of Massage in San Jose, certificate #1385. This particular school focused on therapeutic deep tissue work, sports massage, and also covered reflexology. In my massages, I frequently also use elements of Shiatsu, Swedish, and Thai when appropriate. My priority is communicating with my clients and tailoring the massages to their specific needs in terms of modality, pressure, focus of work, products used, temperature, music, etc. Many of my regular clients benefit from weekly set weekly massages and impromptu appointments with new clients are always welcome.
